They were particularly impressed with the electricians and installers, who were described as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The company was also commended for taking on a challenging project involving an old house.
Negative Aspects:
There were complaints about misleading sales tactics. One customer felt lied to about the cost of solar installation and the terms of the contract.
