Cold Weather Advisory at Disney World: What to Expect
A Cold Weather Advisory was put into effect for parts of central Florida, meaning those visiting Disney World can expect low temperatures throughout the week
With a location in central Florida, we write a lot about the importance of preparing for the sweltering heat at Disney World throughout much of the year. But, that doesn’t mean you can expect warm weather year-round. In the late fall through winter, temperatures are far more moderate, occasionally even dropping to the 30s. This has been one of those weeks, with temperatures expected in the 30s and 40s for the next several days.
Cold Weather Advisory at Disney World
According to the National Weather Service, a Hazardous Weather Outlook is in effect for east central Florida. For January 7, the day started off with a Cold Weather Advisory, with cold temperatures that rose out of the 40s by the afternoon.
For the morning of January 9, the National Weather Service has issued another Cold Weather Advisory for the Walt Disney World area. It’s in effect from 3 AM to 9 AM Thursday, January 9, for the following counties: Lake, Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Osceol

Weather Advisory
A Cold Weather Advisory has been issued from January 21 until January 22 at 9:00AM EST. Expect icy wind chills and temperatures as low as 25 to 30 degrees.
The advisory is affecting most of central Florida, including Volusia, Northern Lake, Orange, Seminole, and Southern Lake counties. Today, Orlando is expecting a high of 49°, though it will feel about 43°.

Rain is forecast for the next few days, and then it clears up over the weekend. Nighttime temperatures range from the mid-30s to 50s and warm up anywhere between 52 and 74°.
