The Guiness Book of World Records announced in 2015 that the longest leg hair record had been superseded. This record, still current, is held by Jason Allen, USA, with a length of 8.84 inches (22.46 cms) which surpassed the previous 2008 world record held by Wesley Pemberton of 6.5 inches (16.51 cms).

Cedar Park Teen Breaks World Records for Longest Legs
CEDAR PARK, Texas – She’s 6’10”, and 60 percent of that height is in leg length.
Maci Currin, 17, of Cedar Park, Texas, has broken two Guinness World Records. One is for teenager with the longest legs and the other for longest legs for a female.
Maci's left leg, Guinness states, is 53 inches long, and the other is just a hair shorter.
She comes from a tall family: her father was 6’5” tall, and her brother is 6’4”.
The Williamson County teen has taken what could be a difficult situation and turned it into something positive. She has roughly 1.7 million TikTok followers and approximately 50,000 Instagram followers.
“I first noticed I was taller than everyone in preschool. I was introduced to people and I was taller than everyone in my preschool,” Maci said in a video Guinness posted to YouTube. “So I was like, ‘Huh. Something’s different.’”

"I thought it was a hair from one of the girls in the car and it was attached. I'm just wondering 'what is this long hair doing attached to my leg'," he said.
On his calf, surrounded by normal hair, was a hair that measures five inches long. It doesn't have a name, but it'll be famous.
"The world record is 4.88 inches. So I just kind of washed it, and tried to protect it. When I get in the shower, I condition it to make sure it stays nice and strong."
Wes thought that it was the neatest thing in the world. His wife, understandably, did not, so doubtlessly it'll be gone soon.
